What makes your products unique?

To create the uniqueness in our products, many of our products are hand carved or painted, antiqued, weathered, and/or distressed. These products (particularly wood, ceramic and clay items) have many natural character differences, including but not limited to inclusions, grains, and knots and some color variations. Natural variations do occur and should be expected. All these things make for a unique, one-of-a-kind treasure that we hope will help showcase your creative style.


How are your Dough Bowls made?

Our dough bowls are natural hand carved wood products. Each will have unique characteristics including knots, color variations, small saw marks, shape, and/or other irregularities. These bowl characteristics only add to the beauty, charm and uniqueness of each bowl which make them absolutely beautiful and rare.

Our dough bowls have been inspected and are ready for making into candles....no cracks, no holes. They are intended for decorative purposes only, not food use. Damp cloth clean only.


Who makes your candles?

Our candles are hand poured with 100% soy wax in-house after an order is placed. We use the highest quality soy wax and fragrances. 


When are you open?

We are an online store, so we are open 24/7. Because we are a family-owned business, our customer service hours are 9am-4pm CST Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). If you have a question or concern, please send an email to info@loblollyandlace.com and our team will respond to you within those hours.

How long does shipping take?

We are a family-owned business, please allow 2-3 days for processing of your order. We ship Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Shipping from Texas. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.


Do you ship internationally?

We do not ship internationally at this time.


What do I do if the item I received is damaged?

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at info@loblollyandlace.com within three (3) days of receipt so we can work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. We ask that you include your order number, description of the damage/defect along with a picture.
